Once Upon a Time...

Ranjeet Singh is a professional investment manager, a father of four, and a proud Sikh who calls Richmond, Surrey home.

His story begins far from the polished boardrooms of finance — in Coventry, where he was born in 1974 and raised in a working-class family. Life wasn’t easy, and the odds weren’t in his favour. But those early struggles became the foundation for a lifelong commitment to standing up for those without a voice.

He understands what it means to be overlooked — because he’s been there.

While many of his childhood friends fell into the traps of addiction or crime, Ranjeet chose a different path. Through resilience and creative spirit, he earned honours degrees in Economics and Business Finance from Nottingham, Kingston, and Brunel Universities.

His academic success launched him into the heart of London’s financial sector, where he worked for some of the world’s most powerful institutions — including Deutsche Bank.

But what he saw behind the scenes disturbed him: unchecked greed, systemic inequality, and a culture that seemed to reward the few at the expense of the many.

Disillusioned but determined, Ranjeet left the corporate world and, in 2008, founded his own business. Free from institutional constraints, he now works on his own terms — and for the first time, he’s ready to share his story.

His uncle once called him a maverick. His friends think he’s a loose cannon. His mother says his mind works like a machine. Maybe they’re all right.

What matters most is this: Ranjeet isn’t here to win over the powerful — he’s here to stand up for the everyday person, especially those being quietly exploited by systems they’re told to trust.
